As everyone else, I applied online with my CV and a cover letter. Right after you submit your application, you will receive an email asking you to complete online tests within 48 hours. I had Numeracy, Verbal Reasoning, Logic as well as Accuracy tests.
About two weeks later, I received an email from HR requesting a telephone interview, which was set up and held a week after.
I'm writing this now as I've just finished the interview and they will take some time to get back. All in all, it was nerve-wrecking, but you have to stay calm and answer confidently. The interviewer was really nice, laughed a lot. Remember to ask questions at the end!
