Everything you can imagine you will get it
Good financial benefits but not as much focus on benefits providing for work-life balance
Great benefit package, includes health and dental, sick leave etc.
Pros: Higher than market average base annual slary, good insurance benefits coverage that includes dental and natual therapies. Cons: unpaid overtime and weekend hours, due to fixed annual slary. Management will find any simple flimsy excuses to deny yearly end bonuses &raises & promtions to the common workers. Excuse such as small spelling mistakes, small communication differences ... etc. Very cheap and unkind managers full of internal fights.
Cannot tell - I'm a contractor, my rate is OK. As I learned it could be better though.
Good: 4 week vacation. Sick leave is not counted as vacation days. Bad: Dental is not as good.
Salaries are above average for the same job roles in the same area, but no stacks/options at all.
Best thing is performance bonus. There is motivation to do well with projects.
6% match on RRSP employer contribution from day 1 of fulltime employment.
4 weeks vacation, RRSP matching plan up to 4% of Salary, flexible hours & working from home.
