talked to a manager and partner in back to back interviews. very relaxed and easy to connect with. personality questions were mainly focused on with technicals mixed into the conversation. great experience and not stressful.

tell me about your opinion on how to decrease inflation.
interviewers seemed to lack interest since the beginning and it was short and awkward overall. I am not sure if they already made a preliminary decision before our interview even began which led them to act like this.

make a elevator pitch to differentiate yourself from other interviewees
The entire interview was an hour long, back to back with two interviewers. The interviewers primarily asked behavioral questions and pulled up my resume to go over it. Overall, the interview and application process was pretty quick and efficient.
