There is a really great benefits plan
Probably better than most companies, you get a decent amount for massages, dental, physiotherapy, chiropractor. Also get periodic points for their online marketplace. Employee discounts at select places.

Although as an intern you do not get a bonus, you have access to a lot of food and mentorship opportunities

The benefits was great before, but I heard things have changed in the past year. It is not great anymore.
Medical and dental coverage are not sufficient for a family. While the co-pay is good - they only cover up to a number set by the insurer so you often end up paying more than the co-pay percentage. Retirement plan is very poor and does not take into account other industry experience. Best thing is the flexibility of the lifestyle account. If you have other medical coverage (through a spouse) you can use the lifestyle account for things like vacations, pet costs, cleaning costs, fitness, etc.
The benefits package is pretty good offering great medical and dental options. They also have a good expensing system for any work-related expenses.
Very flexible health benefits. The worst part is that you are too busy to use any of them.
