J'ai passé un entretien chez KPMG (Dublin, Dublin)
Entretien
he interview experience was quite positive; the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and I felt that I communicated well. I believed the interview went smoothly and that I left a good impression. However, I’ve come to realize that the selection process is very competitive, and many talented candidates are also vying for the position. It’s reassuring to know that I performed well, but I understand that the final decision will depend on various factors, and I am prepared for the outcome.
The first stage was a phone interview with the recruiter in a friendly manner with the usual questions about salary and work experience, which were good and positive, and they said they would respond within the next two weeks.
Straightforward process. There was an initial interview with HR, then a Director and then finally the Partner. The partner interview was the easiest. That last part is just a culture fit check
The job interview process went through 3 rounds across different levels down-up, excluding the talent manager. It was brutal but totally worth it. The timing sequence is fairly fast ~ every 2 weeks.
