D2L Wins Two Awards for one of the Most Innovative HR Teams! D2L’s People and Culture team was nominated for its innovative, agile and forward-thinking approach to hiring practices, talent management and employee engagement. Some of these progressive approaches include implementing a texting service to keep in touch with candidates and providing dispositioned candidates with face-to-face feedback. The Talent Acquisition team also developed a D2L Alumni Program: a dedicated space to maintain strong connections with D2Lers who have left to pursue new endeavors.
