Benefits are above average. The company would also cover portion of parking expenses, if you work in Kitchener or bus/train pass if you commute to Toronto office. As a bonus, the company gives up to $300 a year for wellness activities.

- Vacation is minimal (3 wks) - Company has changed their vacation policy so that new employees do not get vacation days for tenure, instead are given 'personal days' which is a sleazy way of working around the government making employers pay out vacation days. - No overtime pay - On call benefits are abysmal - Internet expenses partially covered (Even during Covid) - Health/Dental benefits is industry standard - Employees are encouraged to take learning courses covered up to a certain amount, but are not allowed to leave the company within X months after taking said course without the chance of having to pay out of pocket for the course(s) taken. (Sleazy tactic used to retain employees) - Gym in the main HQ office

Overall pretty standard benefits. The wellness subsidy is pretty minimal though and on the lower end of other companies I’ve been at.
