It was good, they just want to check your command on English language. Just be clam and give all the answer with ease. Because the profile was for support they want to know can you handle the customer.
It was simply an introductory interview. After that, I went forward with the communication round, and then proceeded with a call with the recruiter, but now that days have passed, I still have not heard from them.

It was my first ever interview in my life, i was so nervous about the interview , but after the virtual business round got started it didn't seem so difficult me to talk to the interviewer , he seemed cool and made me feel the same way , he was polite and also guided me when I didn't know the answers. It was very good first interview experience for me .
