Wipro encourages and provide opportunities to their employees to improve their skills. There are lots of opportunities within the organization for employees to grow. Salary and promotions happens on regular occasions.

health insurance is good , vacation is just 2 weeks a year
Compant provides Health Insurance coversage, RRSP and Annual leaves. Worst thing is company very poor in providing the annual hike to employees. In the last few years they didn't pay annual increase to many even after they got excellent ratings.
