3 interviews, 1 with a recruiter, 1 with inner HR, last group interview with all candidates conducting case studies. Difficult process that takes a very long time to complete but also very rewarding. Last group interview was challenging.

"Games", followed by Video Interview, followed by interview with Unilever recruiter. Games are the same as those set by other big companies, memory, matching, etc. Video interview consists of 3-4 questions. Starting with "tell us about yourself" and other basics, ending with a case study where you come up with a marketing strategy for a Unilever brand, given a brief of target demographic and location.
