I had three interviews with them and all interviews just asked the same question, 'Tell us your life story'. I understand that Life Story is a good way of judging peoples experience, but asking the same question 3 times did not make any sense to me. After the last interview they made me wait 15 days before sending any communication. I had to exchange several emails with the HR over a span to 7 days just to setup a call. On several occasions I was just kept waiting on skype not knowing whether we are having a call or not. All this only to be told that they have decided to go forward with other candidates, something that could have been easily done over email.
