I had a positive HR screening interview experience. HR Manager was kind and attentive. But the Hiring manager interview was a bit unusual. He was so casual and comfortable as it's his own company, was not following a structure, was not so attentive(was always taking notes) and also made some facial expressions that didn't give a professional impression on me. I sensed clearly that something was off because of his unprofessional presence. It was obvious that he didn't have the skills to run interviews. He made me so uncomfortable that I lost my train of thought. Plus, they haven't shared any feedback when I asked after finding out about rejection. Honestly, what a waste of my time and happy that it didn't work out.
