The interview process was great and leaves you feeling human and like you've grown. During the process which usually consists of around 3 different stages, I find that it provides an opportunity to learn and grow as there is lots of self-reflection.

It was a straightforward and well-organized process. It started with a Recruiter Screening, followed by a detailed Life Story Interview, a Hiring Manager 1:1, and a final Case Study/Demo. Communication was clear and consistent throughout.

The interview went smoothly and was fairly standard, there was nothing particularly unexpected or unusual about it. After giving it some thought, I chose not to move forward with the opportunity, so I’m not familiar with the subsequent steps in the interview process beyond the initial round.
