Altogether, it is a 7 stage hiring process with the first three stages being the most important.
The first stage is just the applicant submitting their application and a support email sample. You also need to submit your typing speed test. I would try to get over 50 words per minute.
In addition to this stage, there is an unbiased interview. This is essentially a situational interview where you explain what would you do into a microphone, record it while being timed, and then send it to a recruiter to review it. No camera is necessary.
If selected, the next stage is the Life Story interview. My recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist was very kind and I felt like he really took the time to read my resumé. It was very much a conversation about my experience and how I explained my journey thus far, rather than a question-answer type of interview.
The final interview is the gauntlet/technical interview. Here, you'll have two simultaneous chats going for 15-minutes where you'll have to answer questions, then a follow-up call from an interviewer for 10-minutes who will ask you another question that you need to solve. This interview is supposed to give you a taste of what you're actually going to be doing in the role.
I ended up canceling my technical interview because I did not feel like this was the right role for me, but I certainly enjoyed the process, despite it being very different from what I was used to in the hiring process.

• How do I set up free shipping for local orders?
• I created a Contact Us page, how do I put it in the place

Lengthy but well explained and scheduled interview process comprising of writing example emails, taking live chats and addressing a call. They give you the tools needed to prepare but it is stressful.
