I applied and heard back from recruiter a few days later. Went through 4 total interviews. First with hiring manager, next with another sales manager, then life story with the main recruiter, then a fourth interview with another sales manager. All employees who I interviewed with were very polite. But the process was a little unorganized at time. A few of the people I interviewed with had no idea where I was in the interview process or who I had spoken with. I was pretty shocked to not move forward but their reasoning was looking for someone with closer experience to what they need? Oh well.

Had a call with a recruiter, then skype interview, followed by an in person interview with the manager and another in person interview with the team lead. For the most part the interview was very casual and conversational. Wanted to hear "your life story" and about your experience. Mostly it seemed like they were looking for a good fit combined with proper background for the role. Having enthusiasm and a passionate personality seemed like a must. You should also have questions prepared for them, especially for the in person interviews.
