Initial phone call. Then a life's story. Then a 1-on-1. Then another day of back-to-back interviews. One issue for me was the amount of time between each interview. I guess the recruiters are spread thin, but 3 weeks is a bit much. The overall experience was incredibly positive, but it's extremely evident that there are some junior folks in senior positions, who love to mention the fact they have folks reporting to them. My biggest issue (which speaks to the lack of experience) was the lack of feedback. Zero. After the amount of time spent with the recruiter and several members of the team, it's impossible to believe they have no feedback. It's a fun company who on the surface appear to care about satisfaction and perks. No idea of the process or the group dynamics though.
