First interview was just a conversation between friends over Skype. I spoke more about how much I LOVED the team I worked with at a position I held previous to my last position, and about my own entrepreneurial pursuits than I did speaking about my previous experience and technical qualifications.
I was lucky enough to move to the next phase and I ran "The Gauntlet". Aptly named, this part of the interview involves role-playing as a Guru. It was challenging but fun, and gives you a chance to experience what it feels like to be a Guru.
If you get an interview, just be yourself; trust me, you're awesome.

The first Interview was on phone interview. I did not pass through to next stage of the process, which was an online test. After that would be another formal interview.

The interview process was pretty intense. They asked me about my life story, but I’d also created a store before that. Then I had to do a technical interview where I pretended I already had the job.

The interview experience was professional, friendly and organized. Interviewee did notify via email whether I got the offer or not. Great to hear back the results since typically companies don't.
