Unnecessarily long process, too many interviews. Took months to get to the second last stage. Met with the recruiter twice for two different interviews. Overall, the team was nice and respectful.

Consisted of detailed questions regarding role specific experience Cognitive and behavioral assessments, timed tests that's basic math and identifying discrepancies in pictures 45 Min interview with the hiring manager about role experience 1 hour "life story" interview with the recruiter basically walking through my career. I thought I did very well-but I guess the recruiter and I didn't vibe The recruiter told me I would hear back that week-I didn't. I followed up the next week, I was then told I would hear back a few days later-I didn't. Doubly annoying as my interview with the recruiter kept getting interrupted by her kid. I get that things happen during WFH, but given the subjectivity of the "life story" interview, I thought this was inappropriate. I really thought I was a good fit and it's frustrating to have invested hours into this process only to be ghosted. I would have preferred a flat rejection
