4 étapes d'entretien avec 4 personnes différentes -->
1er entretien : Talent acquisition (decouverte)
2eme entretien : Manager (fit)
3eme entretien : Case (devant un panel)
4eme entretien : Head of sales (validation)
Process très long entre chaque étape, aucun feedback, obligé de relancer en permanence. Expérience candidat peu agréable.

Questions classiques de talent acquisition sans aucun challenge particulier.
Les talent acquisition n'ont visiblement pas la confiance des manager et ne décident, pas elles mêmes, si le candidat passe ou non à la prochaine étape. Assez surprenant.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.
