I went through two rounds of interviews at Big Gigantic, including a detailed presentation, and was disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication. HR did not disclose the budget upfront, dismissed concerns about responsibilities versus pay, and simply stated “people are in line, accept or reject.” For a prestigious brand, this rushed and dismissive approach from HR felt unprofessional and undermined the candidate experience.
