Overall I had a very enjoyable process interviewing with Salesforce. To be placed you definitely need to work but anything in life worth having takes work. On top of that Bianca Gordon was a great recruiter and resource providing solid direction along the way and always available as a sounding board!

More than what you accomplished at each milestone of your career, Salesforce wants to know the intrinsic values and lessons learned through your personal and professional journey. Salesforce prioritizes culture fit just as much as professional skill.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.
