The process is very structured, which I appreciate from being on others that are not. In the situation I would have received an offer or not I would continue to state I thoroughly enjoyed every step and introduction. Everyone was friendly, although serious when it's time to get down to business as they are deciding if the fit is right...be prepared.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
