Applied online and they got back to me about 3 weeks later asking for a phone interview. Very relaxed interview,mainly went through my cv and discussed things that we're on there.Also asked questions around the role,like why I want to work in that industry and how I want to contribute to the business through the role.
I put no offer because I haven't heard back from them yet.

first online Assessment then interview 3 rounds 2-technical and 1 hr process goes one on one and make sure that you are strong with all the required basics and solid with the skills mentioned in your resueme

It was hard, asked mostly system design questions. The interviewer was friendly, helps you if you were stuck in any place. I was specialized in AI, but they wanted a backend dev, so it didn't work out.
