Internal Recruitment: I had opportunity to try 2 moments.
One in 2007 very good, with 6 people as interviewers. in this case I was selected and promoted.
Other in 2014 not so good, with 2 people. And seems that it was already selected the person when the process starts.

Entretien
I would describe the interview process as very comprehensive. They were multiple levels of interview with HR, Hiring managers and various panels. But this was expected given the seniority of the position. But it was all worth it, as SAP is a great company to work for and has a clear strategy moving forward. I glad my career journey has been and will be coupled closely with SAP's.

The interview is structured and comprehensive. usually 2-3 stages, including panel interviews. 1 with hiring manager, 1 with panel, 1 with executive level manager. HR is professional about it. Negotiations are done respectfully.
