Stupid HR's, don't waste your time,
HR's ghost you even if your multiple tech rounds went well.
At least have a decency to send a rejection email to the candidates instead of ghosting them.
I) Applied via SAP Careers site
ii) Recruiter Called and and setup 1st round after initial chat.
iii) 1st Technical round was taken by a Senior Engineer
He asked about my experience and Questions related to Git, CI/CD, AWS.
iii) 2nd Technical round:
Got insights about the team and work.
Questions were about CI/CD, DevOps and AWS
Waiting for an answer/ next steps since 3 weeks,
HR does not pick up calls or respond to emails.

1. HR Screening was done, after resume shortlisitng by HM, Interviewd was scheduled, AI generated email will come to select the slot.
every interview round will be the same.
2. 1st Tech round, Grilled on basics Kubernetes RBAC, how it is decided when u run kubectl command which cluster to select (kube-config file),HELM, jwt, where is password stored in UI.

The technical interview process was well structured, and the team was nice with relevant questions.
However, after completing the home assignment, there was no communication for over a week. Only after reaching out to HR did I receive feedback that they had moved forward with another candidate.
