I contacted an executive through LinkedIn, he was interested in my profile, A recruiter interviewed me, he was extremely informal, he changed the interview minutes before, we rescheduled, I had the interview, nothing complicated, he asked me to take an exam, virtual interview . After that, the process stopped due to the pandemic, months later it was restarted, but the recruiter did not answer me again and neither did the manager, I sent several messages and they never answered. They gave the job to a friend of a senior manager.
Hr qualification, Panel based on a business case and one to one for final validation.
Panel process require to be well prepared, and to come in front of the audience with a clear option to cover the topic propsoed

The interview process was incredibly smooth. A recruiter reached out to me for initial screening, then set expectations for what the rest of the process would entail. I met (virtually) with the hiring manager, several members of the team, and an executive.

Entretien
The interview process was relatively straightforward. I spoke with 2 VP and 2 other Senior AEs. After going through it, it seems like hiring managers have a lot of autonomy as to what they want the process to look like.
