There were three interviews, the first one was by the head of service of the country, second was by to be direct manager, final was by the head of service of the region, but the real screening was by the first interview and following two were just due to follow their standard process.

The questions made were nothing tricky, normal inquiries about experience and knowledge.
one interview with the hiring manager that asked me why i want to work there and the basic questions of an interview. He was friendly and the whole procedure was very smooth and enjoyable.

Call with HR, call with hiring manager, panel interview with team members, 2nd panel interview with different team members, weeks of no contact, then.....no information whatsoever. Highly unprofessional for such a 'great' company to treat prospective candidates.
