I have been recommended by a friend and I guess this fact made the entire process a little easier.
The recruitment begun by submitting a resume to a portal, then I was contacted by HR person and presented the position, then I attended an in-person meeting in which we basically discussed technical matters and then I got an offer. The entire process was pretty quick, about 10 days in total. I was pleased from the start and I still am pleased by the company.

For my position the questions were rather high profile and after joining the company I noticed that the knowledge is not really necessary.

Phone call interview for the sap bootcamp first, the hr will ask a lot of question, background, why, what is your strength or weakness. Prepara a case study for a company's hr digital transformation. We need to prepare a sale pitch for the presale presentation.
