After an initial phone interview, I was brought in for an afternoon of 2 panel interviews and a 3rd interview with the department director. Everyone was very friendly, asked smart questions, and made me defend my answers with real life examples. Friendly but professional attitudes from everyone. Also, the office is beautiful.
