Recruiter responded to my message on LinkedIn. They had to then login to a different part of LinkedIn to send me a link to book a time to speak. Late evening a couple of days later I'm waiting for the call and it never comes. Turns out that the booking system failed and instead of owning the issue the tool was blamed. Major fail! If you can't build a better more reliable candidate experience than this, you may struggle to attract the talent you will need to remain competitive.

All interviewers were with SAP about 5 years
Technical questions early, more business scenarios later
Lots of drilling down into specific experience
In retrospect I ddin't ask enough questions - all interviews went very quickly
They went dark for almost 3 weeks and I accepted another offer
