HR was nice and kept me updated. First was a quick phone screening and then 2 rounds of interviews with managers. All pretty behavioural only technical if the conversation went that way.

Relatively standard. After the application, there was an interview with HR/Recruiter that asked basic questions (i.e. tell me about yourself, strengths/weaknesses, why Rogers). If you pass that, then it was interview with manager, with offer following it.

Phone screen followed by 2 rounds of behavioural interviews with hiring manager and team. Everyone was really nice and interviews were relaxed. Research company and interviewer beforehand. Questions were mostly 'Tell me about a time when'
