Best: Stock matching plan, defined pension/benefit plan, employee discounts on TV, Internet and Wireless, and annual bonus. Good to leverage them all to save money.

Competitive but not best in-class. Depending on what you're used to and how heavy of a benefits user you are... you may find the benefits coverage very good or lacking quite a bit in some areas. They have been more than enough for me.
You get 25% company contribution in Employer stock on a maximum of 10% of each pay cheque which progresses to 50% of each pay cheque in 2 years time. There are other benefits you are entitled to from day 1 (not this one) like medical and dental which are fairly good. Rogers also offers a career path and progression and my 5 weeks of experience so far has been very satisfactory here.
Benefits are great. Employee discount on wireless and cable service, pension, and share matching program are excellent.
The best thing about the benefits package is that they are employee friendly and designed to help the employees after retirement and medical benefits.
