Best: Discount from Rogers Services and employee stock option was reasonable. In house gym was a great perk. Worst: not fantastic health benefits that seemed to get less inclusive each year.

The company matches 10% of your Employee Share Accumulation Program within the first year, 20% in the second and so on and so forth. The benefits are 85% medical, vision and dental for part-time, 90% for full time. Each category (cleaning, glasses, etc.) has a cap. Every employee receives a 50% discount on all Rogers services after 6 months of probation.
