Passed the online assessment before being invited to a phone interview, the penultimate stage of the recruitment process, before the AC. Interviewed by someone on the equity derivatives desk, asked basic motivational questions - Why MS? Why S&T? Plus a competency-based question. I was also asked a couple of technical questions about options, given the interviewer's background, and noted I had derivatives coursework on my CV.
