A hirevue link was sent out as a part of the initial application. Later, a 30 minute phone interview was scheduled with one of the traders on their derivatives desk.

Question 1
Interview started with behavioral qs (Why finance, challenges faced on previous roles, etc) and resume grilling. The rest was technical questions, manly only dice games, probability, payoffs.
