I choose risk analyst for summer internship. The online assessment (situational judgement simulation) has mainly 3 parts.
1. decision making: There is a chat box interface. You need to talk to different virtual colleagues and solve their problems. The input field has answers that you can choose from.
2. Reading paragraph and choose right, wrong or not sure. 18 questions in 8 minutes.
3. induction reasoning. completing as many questions as possible in 6 minutes. You are given a table with different symbols inside, and the same row/column cannot contain the same symbol. What is the symbol for the grid with the "?"

Carousel interview with many candidates interviewing independently. Interviewers rotated once for a total of two shorter interviews lasting 45 minutes for a total of 1h30. Provided with a little whiteboard to write/draw thought process for some questions.

Started with a few behavioral questions and then mostly technical, focusing on the basics: sorting algorithms, OOP concepts, solving one or two easier programming problems.

Entretien
After HireVue and a simple coding OA, I received a first meeting call.
The call was divided into two sections, first was behavioural with both english and japanese. Second part was just simple CS concepts and 2 problems, one math and one DP problem.
Overall pretty nice conversation.
