Entretien
Good. Had a hirevue interview with them then had an Assessment Centre that was 2h 45mins long which consisted of three sections:case study, competency and strength and technical. all the interviewers were nice and understanding.

Entretien
The process was a lot more than I was expecting for just an insight week. There was initially a telephone interview followed by an assessment centre which consisted of a group activity and another interview. There was also a technical section to this interview.

Entretien
There was initially a 40 minute telephone interview with most behavioural questions such as what motivates you, why MS etc. Then I received an offer to attend the Assessment Centre. The Assessment Centre was 2 parts, a group interview and a 2:1 skills-based interview followed by technical question. The group activity was an hour long and involved reading and analysing some text, then communicating the information with other members of the group. Then we had to allocate a budget based on the information. The skills based interview was 40 mins long and was again mostly behavioural questions but was rapid fire with (deliberately) no response from the interviewers, and also contained some mildly technological questions like where do you get tech news, what are important principles when writing programs, how do you ensure a team works well.

Why do you want to work for us, what about technology inspires you, give an example of where you've pushed yourself, what drives you, where do you get technology news, if a client was pushing for you to break codes of conduct would you do it, how much do you know about MS.
