first round is video interview which only has one simple question. if you passed the online video interview, you will receive phone or zoom interview. and then the super-day. I am not sure if it has the writing assessment.

Easy process, interview questions were based off of personality and fit within team (transferrable skills, interests outside of work, etc.). some market update questions but nothing crazy (recent issuances, where market is headed, etc.)
