Made it to the first round and was a 30 minutes phone call interview, most behaviour questions and also motivations stuff. Nothing technical at this stage just questions about the role, the company and mostly youself.

Firstly there was an online form with personal details and CV. Then online test (I can’t remember specific details). Then multiple telephone interviews before assessment centre. Telephone interviews were not difficult, competitive process. If you can get through online exam then telephone interviews aren’t hard, just prepare read about the markets and stocks, relevant past experience, strengths and weaknesses.
