Introduced through an employee referrall. Interviewed in multiple offices. HR and the rest of the company took forever to get on the same page. I had several offers, but had them withdrawn due to HR mistakes and misunderstanding between them and the guys doing the hiring. The interview process usually started with a brief phone interview and then a one on one interview. Then more follow-ups through the phone and e-mail. Some one on one interviews should have never occured because of reasons that should have been discussed on the phone. One guy just wanted tips on how to grow his business and basically wanted free consulting. Finally, HR got their act together, and I accepted an offer for a good position, which was different than the one I originally interviewed for. Go figure.
