Phone interview, standard questions consisting of the typical "tell me about yourself", "where do you see yourself in 5 years", "what about finance interests you", etc. Pleasant convo, quite informal. The had actually forgot that it was the first day for interns when I arrived to start, no formal training sessions, did not have a chance to meet the other interns until the end of the summer, poor communication between interns and management. Very nice co-workers, even though we were doing menial tasks they expressed gratitude and understanding. Towards the end of summer I was finally given some tasks where I could learn. Overall it was a fairly positive experience, but it is what you make of it.
