When I interviewed in 2008 the interview process was a 1 day 3 interview process. We met individually with 3 associates / VPs at the company. The interview process was very standard, discussing your experiences and how you'd handle various situations. I believe since then the process has changed where potential employees have individual interviews one day then the group that is called back have a team project where the interviewers can review the team working skills of the group.

The interview process was conducted in a professional and welcoming manner. The interviewer was approachable and began by asking for a brief overview of my background. From there, we had a solid conversation about my past work, some of my personal projects, and the certifications I've earned. Overall, I would call this a positive experience and I am looking forward to my next round.
