I had applied through their portal, and i recieved a call that i was shortlisted for thr interview process. 1.technical round1 2.technical round2 3.tech+managerial round. 4.pro fit round. 5.hr discussion. I successfully cleared all the above round, in the hr discussion all the discussion was done regarding the compensation they will provide and told me they will get back to me with the exact figures. Waited for 3 days ,on the 4th day recieved a call ,that the hiring manager wants to have a small discussion. 6.technical round again.(6 th round) Waited for 1 more week but no reply from their end. I tired to connect the team they told that the current position was on hold they will consider for a different position. 7.technical round again(7 th round). Waited for 1 more week but no reply again. So tried to connect ,got to know all the positons are on hold. I spend around 1 month going through all the interview process and now they have such a lame reason for not considering my profile. Though I can se new postions for the same skill set posted on their portal. Also there are no updates from their side about what the status is. PLEASE STOP WASTING TIME . Didnt expect such pathetic behavior from such reputed organizations. Specially in such pandemic situations where all are struggling to find a job.
