30 minute phone interview and an in person super day. Super day involved two interviews w/ different people and a group activity with other candidates in which many people sat in and observed how you interact with everyone.
I applied through a diversity program and completed an initial hirevue where I was asked 2-4 questions. Then I was invited to a Superday in NYC where I completed 2 one-on-one interviews and 1 group interview.
