There were basically three parts to the interview process. A phone interview, a pre-Interview for the superday , and then the next day was the super day, where we had four rotational rounds of interview with different people. Each person in the first 3 rounds focused on different types of questions, behavioral, situational and the common question of about the company. In the last round of the super day, we (all the interviewees) had to work as a team to basically sell an investment idea to the interviewers.
