very comprehensive, will have 4-5 screening before getting hired. on site interview after phone interview. good experience overall. Amazing place very technologically advanced, you can work on any recent technology and get an opportunity to learn finance too. They are one of the biggest brand name in Investment business.
Everyone was professional and nice, at lease looked like they were. I made it through the final interview and received positive feedback from the HR, then got completely ghosted. No offer, no rejection, no response. Radio Silence.
Three rounds. First over the phone with HR. Second round via zoom. Final round in person. Spread out over 3 months. Using AI for scheduling and setting up calendar invites.
First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
