      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morgan Stanley (Budapest) en mai 2019

      It was worst HR team ever that I had to deal with. First, I was contacted by an HR person said that she would like to arrange an initial call with me. I replied on the same day. No reply. I sent follow up e-mail. No reply. I had called her, no reply. Finally I have added her on Linkedin, she accepted and I texted her, again no reply. I thought this was kind of joke but anyways I forgot about it. Then 3 weeks later, she sent me an e-mail again with a very cheeky manner by asking whether I am still interested in role or not. I got shocked and sent an e-mail to HR executives by escalating the issue. They replied me immediately and then this girl arranged me an interview in a very responsible way this time. I attended to phone interview then next day this HR person sent me an e-mail for next phase and I accepted. This time another HR person had just emerged and arranged successive two slots of panel interviews with senior managers. I participated in the second interview and at the end of the interview, one of the managers said that they would get in touch with me within AT MOST 2 weeks. The day after interview, I had a missed call from the number which I was called for interview. I called second HR person and asked about this call, she told me that she would learn about it and then got back to me. Of course she did not get me back. Two weeks later, I sent these two HR team an e-mail regarding the result. No reply again. Next day, I called both of them. As you can guess, no reply again!!! This is the most embarrassing HR people I've ever seen. It is not difficult to write just 1 sentence about the result even if it is still in review process or negative. In the end, I have taken another offer from another company in a very quick fashion and escalated issue to directly to interviewer. first HR person replied surprisingly and said that she can't give me feedback at the moment. If so, what the hell you waste all my time in this weird process and saying that I would hear back from you in 2 weeks. They look totally childish with this unprofessional manner. I reckon that Morgan Stanley is far below from its actual reputation in Hungary and definitely do not recommend this waste of time to anyone. For those, who are still keen on playing interview games with allegedly manager guys and who would like to get some tips about questions, the list is below: What are derivatives? What are options? What is credit risk and how to handle it? Futures & Forwards differences? Derivatives Pricing methods? Black Scholes assumptions and methodology? Difference between BS and binomial tree model? What is Delta, Vega and their use of purpose? Pricing Variables in BS? Why Implied Vol over Historical Vol? Interest rate risk? Hedging methods for credit risk and interest rate risk? Interest rate risk swaps? ( How to price it?) Cash Flow Statement Basics? DCF? FCFF vs FCFE? Company valuation models and their pricing rank? WACC?

      It was good overall, everyone tries to make you feel at ease and it was not difficult, it was about derivatives and securities trading, a bunch of questions related to option strategies too.
