One on-line test, two round of phone interview, and the final assessment centre. the on-line test is quite easy. there is one competency phone interview ask you general stuff. and one tech phone interview ask you about some simple concept in programming.

in the final round, group session. I'm the only foreigner, some the other candidates' English is quite not understandable with local accent. hardly heard an complete sentence from them.
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

Tell me about yourself and how you're a good match.
After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
