30 minute 1-1 Phone Interview followed In-Person Super-Day at 1585 Broadway. Super day consisted of 2 in-person 30-minute 1-1 interviews from management followed by a group activity supervised by all interviewers and HR staff

Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision and what the aftermath was like.
I applied through a diversity program and completed an initial hirevue where I was asked 2-4 questions. Then I was invited to a Superday in NYC where I completed 2 one-on-one interviews and 1 group interview.
