J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Microsoft (Vancouver, BC) en oct. 2020
Entretien
The interview was a hiring event:
- 3 Coding Questions to complete in 40 minutes
- 4 Virtual Round Interview
Was very disappointed with the recruiters from Microsoft. They send me useful resources for the onsite a day before my actual interview.
After I completed the interviews, the company mentioned that they are interested in giving me an offer and that I should provide my availability. I scheduled the meeting with the recruiter, however, they were a no show. I sent them an email to understand what is going on, at which point the recruiter stopped answering me.
If the offer was a mistake in the first place, I would have preferred them to say so, disappointed that this is how the company operates.
Expect a lengthy hiring process that can take at least two months from start to finish. In my experience, there was approximately one month of interviews followed by another month waiting for the final decision. Be prepared for a slow timeline, especially after completing all interview stages.
