Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Programmer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming and operating CNC routers, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision machining. You will play a crucial role in producing custom foam products to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up CNC routers to accurately cut and shape foam materials according to design specifications.
• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently, monitoring production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and optimize cutting paths for efficient material usage.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices at all times.
• Continuously strive for process improvement, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency in foam cutting operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Router Programmer Operator or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Rhino).
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision, with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet project deadlines, as required.
• Prior experience with foam materials and knowledge of foam cutting processes would be an asset.
